Pinned horizontal listings
Featured homes slide sideways while the page is pinned, so the whole collection is seen in one gesture.

An editorial site for a Nashville agency: a gold line rises into the monogram, listings slide sideways as you scroll, and a smart form routes buyers and sellers.
A concept build made to show what we can do for a brand in this market. The brand and people are fictional.
The challenge
A boutique agency competing with national portals needed to look established from the first second, and turn visits into valuations and viewings.
The approach
Magazine typography, alternating light and dark sections, one orchestrated entrance per page, and a multi-step form that asks different questions to buyers, sellers and relocating families.

Featured homes slide sideways while the page is pinned, so the whole collection is seen in one gesture.

Neighbourhood, type, price and bedrooms, plus a switch to show sold homes as proof of track record.

The home’s name at full size over the photo, with price, address and a strip of key facts right below.

The story of the house on the left; on the right a sticky panel to book a viewing or a video call with the listing partner.

An editorial gallery, room by room. Images wipe open as they enter and any photo opens full screen.

Hover a neighbourhood and its photo changes, with the median price and the drive to downtown beside each name.

Buying, selling, valuation and relocation, each opening its own path in the enquiry form.
The live build
Screen recordings of the real site, unedited: scrolling, animations and page transitions exactly as a visitor sees them.
What moves
A once-per-visit preloader: the gold line rises like a building.
A pinned row of homes that moves sideways as you scroll down.
Buy, sell, both, viewing or relocate: each path has its own steps.
